Do I need a DeviantArt account?

You sign in with your existing DeviantArt account via secure OAuth2 authentication. Your password is never shared with the App.

No. DeviantArt Companion is an independent third-party app, not affiliated with or endorsed by DeviantArt Inc. or Wix.com.

What is Premium?

Premium unlocks unlimited browsing, full-resolution image viewing, unlimited favourites, and the ability to follow artists.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open Settings on your device, tap your Apple ID, then Subscriptions, find DeviantArt Companion, and tap Cancel. Access continues until the end of the current period.

How do I restore purchases?

In the app, go to Settings and tap "Restore Purchases". Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.

Why can't I see certain deviations?

The App can only display content available through the DeviantArt API. Some restricted or private content may not be accessible.

How do I revoke the App's access?

Visit your DeviantArt account settings and remove DeviantArt Companion from authorised applications.

How do I request a refund?

Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, select the purchase, and request a refund.
